Short Ribs (A Great Crock Pot Trick)

Prep: 15 min Cook: 4-6 hours in crock pot) 4 servings

You will need:

  • 5 bs Short Ribs (ask the butcher to separate and prep)
  • 2 Cans Pastene Brand Kitchen Ready Tomatoes
  • 2 Onions – chopped
  • 4 Carrots – sliced
  • 2 White Potatos
  • 2 Whole Bay Leaves
  • Salt and Pepper

Once separated, dredge ribs in seasoning. Add tomatoes and other vegetables. Cook one low for 4-6 hours.
