You will need:
- 5 bs Short Ribs (ask the butcher to separate and prep)
- 2 Cans Pastene Brand Kitchen Ready Tomatoes
- 2 Onions – chopped
- 4 Carrots – sliced
- 2 White Potatos
- 2 Whole Bay Leaves
- Salt and Pepper
Once separated, dredge ribs in seasoning. Add tomatoes and other vegetables. Cook one low for 4-6 hours.
